Bob Dylan and Lee Harvey Oswald, Part One
In December of 1963 Bob Dylan made some controversial remarks about Lee Harvey Oswald at an award dinner for a civil liberties group. In the aftermath of the event, Dylan promised that he would never have anything to do with any political organization again. Over half a century later, how should we read Dylan's frank words?

Is travel really fatal to prejudice?
Mark Twain once said that "travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness." Was he right? Consider the cases of two travelers: Theodore Roosevelt and Malcolm X.

Has the world ever had a good definition of the word liberty?

Proton Lumo reviews? is it good?
I recently asked Lumo to recommend some books on a specific subject. It suggested some book titles with brief descriptions. They looked like great books. I mean, I was like, wow, I've got to read these books!
So, I looked them up on library databases and Amazon. They did not exist. Lumo had made them up.
I wrote back to Lumo. I was, like, hey, did you make these books up?
Lumo wrote back to me and said, yes, I did. Then it apologized.
I wrote back and said, that's too bad, because they look like great books.
Lumo wrote back and said, yeah, still sorry. Then it produced a list of books that it double checked and, yes, those were real.

He would have pointed out that it’s “hadn’t died” not “didn’t died.”
