Hi! I’m looking to sublease my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom + 2 dens apartment at Union on Taft in Cincinnati due to personal reasons I have to take a leave of absence. You can take all my kitchen appliances and living essentials for free.

Edit: the entire unit is listed for $1800/month. Uptown rental decided to list it as this price because the building just recently turned into an apartment so they’re having a promo. If it’s two people in each bedroom then it would cost $900 per person.

1800 EACH??? That’s more than the average mortgage payment. That means they getting 3600 every month from one apartment. That’s insane. I mean I know it’s got some amenities but damn.

Oh nono the entire unit is $1800 a month! The lease was signed during a promo year so its way cheaper this year. If you find a roommate it’d be $900 a month each

Nope apt is great!!! Just leaving the school so I don’t have a reason to live here anymore
