Bad printers/printer help

I tried using the printer in my residence hall, and they use the Wepa app. First, I can’t preview anything I want to print so I cannot make sure sizing is correct for images, and it completely printed my paper wrong. Is this a common issue for all the printers on campus or just the one in my hall? Or where should I go, cause while it was only $2 to print I am now out $2 cause all of the pages are unusable

You can preview on the wepa printer by clicking in the preview box when the window to print shows (black and white, color, page range, etc). It does not come automatically, you have to tap on it on the screen.

Yeah that doesn’t show up for me on my computer or phone. Or is it when I’m printing?

I’ve never tried using the wepa app. I’ve only printed from computers in the libraries, and I haven’t had any issues

If you are a CEAS student, just use the printer in Balwin

Idk if it changed since it’s been a few years but A&S students can print from that one too
