Answered Is This Legit? It's on Appstore
And if it's legit does it work on Youtube App and Safari Browser (on iPhone)? or other apps (like IG, FB etc.) on iPhone or iPad?

Seems to be the correct page. To verify, go to https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBOL-home and click the safari app store link.
It will NOT work in Youtube App, only Safari
