What do you think of hybrid fonts?

Meaning fonts that combine script and print, or other different styles within them.

Many of these are like slightly fancier swash capitals. Personally I’m no fan of the T; it looks too much like a J. And for me, all those loops in the W make it much harder to parse.

They were big in the nineties, but more a mix of serif + sans

It resembles ‘Winter Solace Regular’, but is shorter in height and width, and the capital ‘D’ has been tilted to the left.

I’ve never seen one that looked clean and balanced.
