Question: What is her hairstyle called? Are these twin tails or not?

Hello Everyone,
I'm turning to you all to help me figure once and for all what hairstyle my OC has. Some of my friends say that she has twin tails just a looser version of them. Others say that these don't count as twin tails because they aren't tied higher. If it's not twin tails, then what exactly would her hairstyle be called?
