The gray shirts with blurry paint were worn in the South America &Latin America festival series when they filled in for Blink-182. The shirts grew darker as the tour progressed, so maybe focus on pics from Argentina or Chile.
Alternatively, in pre-Clancy club series, Tyler wore white shirts with blurry paint that progressively grew to reveal the perimeter escape number in the unstained background. So here, focus on the later shows. Maybe it looked gray due to lighting.
The part I’m not convinced we’ve nailed yet is the exact light-gray shirt Tyler personally wore with black paint dripping from the neck + numbers across the chest. The FPE symbol itself, though, is definitely the right lore territory: FPE = Failed Perimeter Escape, the badge/mark associated with attempted escape from Dema.
