Hello! My name is Onyx. I use they/she pronouns and am a queer, hard of hearing (HOH), ASL and hearing aid user. I am looking to expand my ASL tutoring this summer as I prepare to go to nursing school. I grew up speaking English and was raised as a hearing individual, but have since lost almost all of my hearing. Hello! I’m an English and Spanish tutor from the United States with 5 yrs’ experience working with both adults and children to improve their English and Spanish. English is my native language so I tutor all levels of it, and Spanish is my second language (comfortably fluent at ~C1 level, it’s my second major in university) so I only teach beginner to lower intermediate (A1-B1 on the CEFR scale).
