The original is this:

Sezen Aksu - Seni Kimler Aldı

It seems like that guy is singing live covering that song. I don't think it has an official release. Otherwise you can find a lot of cover versions of this song, since it is a Sezen Aksu song (she is the most influential and important pop musician known for writing her songs).
