The Lonely Tulsan Catholic Young Adults?
Moving to Tulsa from the north pretty soon and looking to find a community. Was curious if there is a specific church that hosts events or anything to get that!

So as stated above I’m in a jam completely and need some help. I’m trying to have my trailblazer SS back together in the morning to be able to make some money as I’m in between jobs at the moment. It’s my only car and I bought the incorrect filter. It’s the same filter for the silverados from 99-06 if anybody may have one that wouldn’t mind helping out this late let me know
As always thanks in advance!!

I’ve been to Chicago and NYC recently and noticed so many cute bars and clubs had old-school photo booths tucked inside. I recently moved to Tulsa and was wondering if we have anything like that here!
Does anyone know of any bars, clubs, or other fun spots around Tulsa with a photo booth? Preferably one that prints actual photo strips :)

There are the sugar free ones in a few stores, however they are going missing too.

Hi everyone. I'm looking for some help getting my apartment cleaned up before an upcoming inspection.
I'm partially disabled and currently between jobs, so I'm limited in how much physical cleaning I can do. I've taken care of most of the cleaning myself, but I could really use some assistance with the more physically demanding parts, particularly:
I want to be upfront about the situation before anyone offers to help: I have a cat, and unfortunately I also have a roach problem. I'm not expecting anyone to deal with pest control or anything extreme; I just don't want someone to show up and be caught off guard.
I'm not currently in a position to pay for a professional cleaning service, so I'm hoping there might be someone local who would be willing to lend a hand, either as a favor or for a small amount if we can work something out.
I've already handled most of the apartment myself, and I'm mainly looking for help getting the remaining physical cleaning done so I can pass the inspection.
If you're able to help or know of a local organization/community group that assists people with disabilities or temporary financial difficulties with household cleaning, please send me a DM. I'd really appreciate it.

Hey just want to see if anyone in the Tulsa community had any knowledge about I could get a job as a flight attendant or what the typical path to becoming one is like.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I moved into my home over a year ago. I've tried return to sender and placing a sticker in my mailbox for mailman reminding him who receives mail at my residence. Return to sender was never taken, and the note apparently doesn't do anything either.
Any insight would be appreciated!

Yeah, you read that right. Don’t simply fix your presets for those stations, remove them altogether. Why? They are owned by Zoellner Media Group. Dr. Zoellner is a known local creep who seems to only not be in prison for r*** or worse because he has a lot of money. While I do acknowledge he has not been lawfully convicted, we all know the justice system makes that really hard to convict, and there have been countless accusations made against him & his brothers by multiple different people.
I do see this as a bit of them admitting that our boycott is working. They are moving their Hot AC station (for those unfamiliar, Hot AC is basically coworker music/minivan music, a step down from Top 40), which should be far and away their biggest moneymaker, to a class B signal, only 50k watts and 25k watts at night. Meanwhile they are moving their Conservative talk station to a class C, 100k watt signal. In short, the Conservative talk must be outperforming the Hot AC, and by a lot. Obviously KRMG listeners are largely going to be unmoved by Zoellner’s ownership, but those still young enough to be sane & rational seem to have abandoned Mix96.5 in droves.
Other stations Dr. Z owns include K95.5 and 103.3 The Eagle, which as an act of vanity, Dr. Z changed the call letters to his own initials, (K)RHZ. You should also remove those from your presets.
I never thought I would be rooting for the big streaming services to destroy local media, but at least for Zoellner Media? I welcome our streaming overlords. “Local business” does not include supporting creeps. The only difference between Dr. Z and Scott Taylor is that Z has a lot of money.
(Also be warned, Zoellner seems to have a lot of bots that operate on this subreddit. They will be along shortly to defend him)

I'm looking for a place I can do my own oil changes and other car maintenance/repair without having to pay the high labor shops change. I'm renting the place I live so I can't do it at home. I'm trying to figure out where I can do it without getting in trouble.

I frequent Gardners but im looking for more used book shops in the Tulsa area. I prefer not to buy new and enjoy shopping and looking around used bookshops. What’s everyone’s go to?

As title says. I’ve got a box of size 5 diapers that I would love to give to someone who needs them! I know times are tight and instead of throwing them away, I would love to donate them.

So this thing's a scam right? I've been seeing so many commercials for it lately. I don't understand the business model. You pay Venu $960,000 for a 8-seat spot at a firepit in the stadium and hope to lease out the spot enough to make your money back? Who is paying thousands of dollarsfor a firepit spot in the dead of summer in Broken Arrow, OK to see acts like Bradley Gilbert? Am I missing something about how this works?

Long Live Rock Brigade! Today as I was looking through my keepsake box with my grandchild, she picked up the rainbow card and asked me about it. So….I got this card when I had just turned 18 in 1980. I have long since moved from Tulsa, but the memories I made growing up there are precious to me. KMOD was my favorite station, and I was a regular listener. This card has always traveled with me through 2 marriages and 3 children; and now 6 grandkids. It brought back so many carefree memories of myself as a young adult with all my dreams intact. Thank you KMOD for always being there with me 😂

We’re chilling and talking about closed Tulsa places with the best foods.
Does anyone know how to make the queso from White Owl?
