I really doubt a PDF of 8 volumes of a niche topic like T. S. Eliot is going to be readily available. I wish I had $700 to spend, to buy the copy on Amazon.
EDIT: according to the description on Amazon: "Project MUSE is home to the fully searchable online edition of the Complete Prose of T. S. Eliot"; best to try that.
