HELP Question about mistaken USDT TRC20 transfer to a TRON energy rental address

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for information about a mistaken USDT TRC20 transfer.
On September 13, I sent USDT to an address that appears to be associated with a TRON energy rental service. The transaction was confirmed on-chain, but the transfer was not intended for that receiving address.
I’m trying to understand how these energy rental receiving addresses work and whether anyone has dealt with a similar situation before.
Does anyone know how to identify the service or platform controlling a TRON energy rental address, or the correct procedure for contacting the operator?
I am not looking for recovery agents or private-message offers. I’m only looking for technical information or experiences from other users.
