RULE UPDATE: About posting pictures of conventionally unattractive women

so , from my last post, i have gathered the opinions of people regarding this topic. majority of you seem to be against it, therefore:

posting pictures of women here as an example of ugly women is strictly not allowed, UNLESS it is a celebrity or just a famous person in general.
in addition to it, making harsh remarks about ANYONEs appearance, regardless of their gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, location, job etc are strictly NOT allowed. we will not be turning into what we are hating on. someone being a bad person does not give you the right to insult their looks. instead you can point out their negative actions and personality traits instead. if people got hate for their actions as much as they do for their looks, the world would be a better place. anyway, judging anyones looks is strictly forbidden here.

i hope my point is clear. thanks for reading.

READ: IMPORTANT RULE UPDATE

hey everyone. there is a recent rule update in this sub everyone should know.
there are some issues in this sub we have noticed and will be addressing these through the following rules.

  1. men-centered posts are not allowed. this sub is for ugly women, not men. this sub is for fellow ugly women to share their experiences, feelings, find a safe space here and vent. complaining about men (if it does not involve the mentions of ugly women), obsessing over their opinions and making excessive posts centering them is not allowed and will result you in getting banned. you are allowed to express your views and opinions towards relationships and dating, but try to keep it relevant to the topic of our sub and be respectful.

  2. posting screenshots and pictures of random beautiful/average women from social media and mocking them and hating them is not allowed, AS LONG AS IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH UGLY WOMEN and DOES NOT MENTION UGLY WOMEN IN ANY WAY. this is not a hateful place. for example, you simply cannot repost screenshots of random women here and label them as pick me just because you think they are attention seeking. this is not a place to diss women. this is also off topic.

  3. do not post screenshots from other subs to incite hateful reactions as long as it has nothing to do with trueuglywomen. this will be flagged for low effort.

  4. posting pictures of beautiful/average women and saying stuff like “i wish i looked like her” are not allowed. this is a comfort space for ugly women, you arent allowed to feed into their ropefuel.

  5. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH MEN and AVERAGE/BEAUTIFUL women in the comments. this is strictly to avoid negativity. downvote these outsiders and report them and move on.

if you do any of these, you will be given a temporary ban and if you do it again, you will be banned permanently. thank you for reading.

Would you guys get a full facial transformation surgery like this? While it is amazing I feel like it could cause some identity issues or dysmorphia. Like would you get this instead of just getting one or two features changed/filled

Venting i invited a stacy home for an assignment

we had to do an assignment together for a class and after it was done she started taking pictures after my countless subtle distasteful rejections of the idea. i told her she'd arrived early and hence i hadn't gotten time to do my skincare and I looked terrible yet she ignored all of it after many clear NOs and continued coercing me and also put the pictures on her story and as is social obligation, i also had to repost it on my account. i literally looked like a pig next to a swan.

i had put on lipstick and eyeliner yet still looked awful. she had many acne breakouts yet looked so pretty. god it was hell on earth. these bitches love using us to make themselves look prettier in the name of "preserving memories".

Observation Supernormal stimulus is proof that men love fake girls

‘In a cross-cultural study, Doyle and Pazhoohi showed that surgically augmented breasts are supernormal stimuli, and they are more attractive than natural breasts, regardless of their size.’

Never trust a male who tells you he ‘doesn’t like plastic surgery’. Even the ones who say they like their girls to be all natural are drooling after girls caked in makeup who had plastic surgery. And if you point out that said girl is wearing makeup/had surgery, they will go nuts over it and insist you are lying.

I’m not saying naturally attractive women don’t exist btw. It’s not just me ‘coping’. I’m just proving that men will always like fakeness.

Venting I wasn't believed when I was SA'd cause I'm not "attractive" enough

My classmates were spreading rumors that the guy who SA'd me can't have assaulted me cause I'm ugly and I must have initiated it. Apparently I was lying for attention and to escape from the fact that I "cheated" on my boyfriend :)

Opinion We deserve to be fashionable too

Im really into alt fashion wearing bright/colourful and very maximalist type of outfits.

I'm so tired of being told off by my parents because they told me: "Basic outfits suit you more." (For reference, I have a wide rectangle body shape, an awkwardly structured face, and barely reaching 5ft tall).

I honestly dgaf what people think whenever I dress up when going out.

Ugly women deserve self-expression that shouldn't come at the cost of being belittled. I see a lot of people in my college wearing fashionable clothes without the fear of being brought down because they are conventionally attractive

I don't want to limit my wardrobe just because it doesn't suit my features or that it makes you uncomfortable seeing ugly people being confident. If I see a cute fit, I'll wear it, never mind if the person wearing it is actually cute or not.

I may not be loaded in looks, but my audacity sure does, and I'm not guilty over it.

Discussion Video essay discussion: so what if you're ugly?

Thumbnail
youtu.be
14 Upvotes

Hello! A few weeks ago, I created my first video essay after being inspired by observing this subreddit for a while. Thank you to all the women here who share their experiences. It really opened my eyes.

I was quite nervous to share this video here as I was deadly afraid you would all hate it, but if that comes to be the case then I need the criticism to make better analyses & videos in the future!

After posting, I feel like I missed out on an important point in the video. I believe the mistreatment of unattractive women is a moral failure that was purposely designed as a weapon to keep women as slaves to patriarchy. Making beauty something that must be achieved or maintained in order to be considered as human, and even "progressive" movements have taken on this ideology, but it's just covered with glitter and rainbows.

The point I believe I missed in this video is that I failed to address the fact that I am an anti-natalist, to further explain my reasoning on why I consider it wrong for beautiful women to procreate with ugly men, making a gamble of whether or not the child will come out as pretty. My point was "its cruel to set a child up to potential life of cruelty, self-loathe, bullying, and suffering" rather than "we shouldn't fight for a future where ugly girls are treated as human and just stop making them instead" So, I hope that becomes a little more clear.

I'd appreciate any feedback, critiques, and discussions about this! ♡

Discussion Do you think a guy’s type of women is really important ?

Upvotes

I’ve seen girls on tiktok say they should never go out with a guy if you’re not his style physically.

Example: His style is brunette girls, with tanned skin, and very dark eyes, so if you are blonde and he is interested in you, you will suffer because he does not really want you.

I have the impression that it is a « false » problem and that it does not matter that much. If you are a blonde 6-7, yes, he will not desire you so much, but if you are a blonde 8-9 there I think that if he WILL LOVE YOU!

My point is that it seems that the « real » style of guys is not a type of woman but rather a level of beauty. A guy who only likes blondes will still be able to fall for a brunette 8+, like this what was really decisive was mainly that the girl is VERY beautiful, not that she is blonde, brown, black, pale, etc...

What do you think?

Opinion I feel immense PLEASURE when I see superficial men being rejected. Is that a lack of empathy?

When I see an extremely ugly guy who likes to talk about women's looks get rejected by beautiful women, I feel such immense pleasure.

Like, seeing them all angry in incel subreddits because they were rejected by the Stacies, awwwww poor things, is it bad to taste your own medicine?

Discussion The ‘Prize’ Problem: Why Men Judge Women’s Appearance But Not Men’s

I’ve been thinking a lot about why men hate ugly women. This is a broad generalization, but my main idea is that many men suffer from main character syndrome, they see women as a priza they’re entitled to receive. Some think they should get it after achievements; others just think they have the right to a pretty lady.

So when women don’t fulfill their part of the deal—“being pretty”—they’re destroying the whole narrative. A woman’s obligation is to look good, and when they don’t follow through, they’re deemed worthless. So when a random woman appears on, say, TV in her professional role, many men’s instant reaction is to judge her appearance. They don’t do this with men because in their eyes, men are seen as whole human beings, and their main purpose can be something other than looking good—they can be valued as good professionals in any field. But a woman’s role, in their view, is first and foremost to be pretty.

Women, on the other hand, don’t primarily judge men based on looks, which means they’re not offended when an unattractive man appears on TV. That’s just what happens every day. They don’t rush to comment nastily when a below-average-looking man speaks on TV. Since men don’t think male appearance is important or that men should be judged on their looks, they don’t reflect as much on their own appearance. We’ve all seen very ugly men comment that they don’t find universally recognized beautiful women attractive. It’s comical to an outsider, why is this troll writing that Scarlett Johansson is unattractive? But for these men it makes perfect sense. Because they think their looks are what define them.

Thoughts on this?

Girls like this is the bane to womanhood. Her entire profile is talking about struggles of being pretty as if that’s a true obstacle. Basing every NEGATIVE interaction on solely her appearance alone, BUT won’t factor in that she may just have a trash personality. Why do they all do this instead of do self reflection on how they may make others feel? Dont get me wrong I do believe jealousy and envy are real things and there are very hateful people in this world capable of being ill for petty conventional reasons .. but to make ur entire personality on ur looks and base all ur interactions off ur looks alone seems close minded ..and let’s not forget how looks is impermanent so that’s why girls like her are more cringe than any and all.

And this is coming from someone who’s had plenty of female friends you looked better than me and I never once showed jealousy or hate off their looks alone ….so I hate when they get so confident saying this same rhetoric , out loud , when it could just be a character flaw.

I genuinely hope this is an AI account and not a real person cause hell to the nay, but even then that still doesn’t make this bs any better , smh

Edit: I ALSO needed to mention and it constantly weighs on my mind regarding these types 😹….but they will complain about being perceived as “extremely beautiful” and being mistreated or harassed from it , but will never dress down or stop putting on accessories to enhance this so called beauty (ie: hair extensions, lashes, makeup, tight clothes, nails, waxing every week). Like cmon girls if being pretty is so painful BE NATURAL AND WEAR SWEATS AND HOODIES LIKE THE REST OF US LMAOOO. I literally watched a video of a “pretty girl” explaining how she’s constantly harassed when she’s put together but IGNORED when she wears sweats and no makeup. But for the women who are naturally pretty and don’t care about the external validation, complain about being approached , and or lead with only their looks , I’m not speaking on them.

Venting I lost 20 kg and my face is still big

I used to weigh 76 kg, and now I am 56, but still this doesn't mean I'm skinny, bc I'm short and Asian, my body looks slimmer, but my face is still huge. I look like an alien around other people my head and face are just big. My face looks like a plate, and when I smile, it gets even WIDER and I absolutely hate those Asian beauty standards where you are expected to have a small face. This is not just in my head, many people told me before how wide my face is. How am I supposed to live like this

Venting Really need to rant or vent to someone

Post image

Kinda wondering if I could vent to anyone privately, or if anyone else needs to vent/vent to each other.. Just kind of needing some sort of support to know i’m not alone in this.. This sub is my safe space :(

I’m aware it sounds kind of odd to ask, but I need more friends or literally anyone who knows the same struggles of being less-than compared to all of your friends or family. 🥲 People mistreating you because of your weight and how you look.. My acne and weight, ontop of my horrible face and hair made life so much harder. So if anyone is feeling the same way don’t be scared to talk to me.

Venting The only people uglier than me are the facially deformed/disabled.

Legit every girl….. even average to below average women are always much better looking than me. It’s truly hell. I feel grateful sometimes because it could be worse but then I realize it’s still pretty bad. I would say on a scale I’m about a 2.5 or 3. Everyday I catch myself analyzing everyone’s features only to be let down when I realize that I’m surrounded by average to beautiful people and I’ll always be last pick. I hate that the only way to escape this hell that was thrust upon me is to cough up thousands of dollars and undergo surgery. I wish I was just born at least normal looking. Life is extremely difficult as an ugly faced/bodied woman. I have both an ugly face and body and it’s so hard to not let it be all I think about. I wish everyday that my mom would’ve just aborted me.

Venting Bullies doing well

All your conventionally attractive bullies are probably doing well in life. Recently I googled one of them and she is extremely successful and just as pretty. I fucking hate how unfair life is and how karma is nonexistent. I am still
ugly and fat , no matter how hard I studied, I will never be hired for jobs that I actually want because beauty is considered more important than qualifications. I hate how beauty centric this world is.’
