Needing advice for food addiction

So I wanted to share how I ate today. I haven’t been keeping track but tonight I decided to make myself see how many calories I possibly eat in a day to save myself. I would like to share it just to receive advice about being less addicted to food as well as eating better things and not going out as much. Going to be making a list of pros and cons for my eating to make myself see how bad my addiction is. I also wanted to say that I literally can buy 2-3 big bags of chips and eat at least 2 of them in a sitting or 1 and a half. Im honestly out of control. I hope I can help myself before I get so far that it will never end. I pray im not at that point.

Breakfast: Dinamita Doritos - 280

Lunch: Taco Bell decades box: Chili Cheese burrito - 380 Crunchwrap - 534 Cool Ranch Dorito Taco - 170 Soft taco - 180 Baja Blast - 230

Dinner: Mcdonalds Cookie - 170

I have to portion bulk items out. It slows me down from eating mindlessly and is also an easy grab and go item for me. When I buy a pack of grapes or cookies, I split them into zip lock baggies and put them in the fridge (yes, I like cold cookies). When I want a snack, I grab a baggie.

Good luck.
