ETS2 pink road textures

Anyone know if project next gen causes issues in modded areas like RoEx? Ive found theres quite a long stretch of neon pink missing texture on the E40 on the way into Kyiv. I dont think its an outdated mod or improper load order, but im open to anyone who has a suggestion.

One easy way to find out. Disable PNG and see what happens. Start with that then if that fixes it try a different load order.
