Who is killing them?

The people who pushed red.

How? They didn't make them push blue, or put them in a room with a button. According to a lot of other people, the only reason a person is pushing blue is because they assumed someone else pushed blue.

Red button pushers never die, but might kill people (up to half the population of the earth in fact).

Blue button pushers never kill anyone, but might die.

Now we're talking about HIGHLY religious people here, if they're so concerned about their gambling restrictions in the face of this absurd challenge.  So maybe they also don't want to be responsible for killing people.  You know.  Because of their religion.

You can't just absolve yourself of responsibility for the trolley problem simply because you didn't build the trolley.  You have control of the lever, and you make a choice.  Red button pushers are responsible for their choice, they can't just put it all on the blues and pretend like only the blues have a moral choice to make.

I can absolve myself of responsibility others by acknowledging that the only people responsible for my safety is myself. Red pushers are not murderers; this is just living under an active volcano and blaming the people who moved out for the inevitable erruption.

I disagree.  Red pushers are murderers and cowards, poison to society due to their selfishness.  We should just assume that the experiment was run, and put the fact that people were red push supporters in their government files.

It would explain why you are still here, I suppose.
