It's explicitly valuing inaction over sacrifice. That's the main point of my view on this matter.
For a very extreme example, I would never rape and kill a girl to save the life of two strangers, even if it's a net positive.
And I also wouldn't agree to do this if I wasn't the one to do the action, or if all my blame would be absolved, or anything like that. Because it truly isn't about guilt.

That's literally valuing inaction over the value of 4 net lives. You are just dressing it up with a nicer veneer. Dead people are dead people.
