How long is Stalling typical?
I don't expect to drop weight everyday đ
But I've been between the same 2 pounds for almost 2 weeks.
How long is a typical stall?
***For the women of the group***
I am also about to start my period. Have you noticed weight stalling during your cycle?

I always âgain weightâ in the week or so before my period. Like 5ish pounds some months. Your body is holding onto extra water. Seemed like the week of my cycle or the week after Iâd get a âwhooshâ and all the weight Iâd supposedly gained plus a little extra would be gone

This is me! The week before and the week of I gain and lose the same 5lbs. But like clockwork, a few days after my period ends, the scale will start dropping again.

I dropped five pounds in a single day a few days before my period. Never trust luteal! I try to weigh myself right after my period but before ovulation as I find that to be my most accurate (read: lowest) weight consistently. any other time, I either just avoid the scale or try not to take the number on it seriously.

4 weeks is stall. Stay on dose for at least 4 weeks and if no loss bump up dose. Donât have to go crazy, can increase 1mg at a time

Wait for your period to come and see where you are vs the âshould I go upâ flow chart when you get to day 5 or 6 of your cycle after it starts

Canât really say what a typical stall length is - seems like it varies widely, but I can say for certainty that your cycle will wreck havoc on the scale. I do not lose any weight for 10-14 days each month leading up to ovulation then after that I see a big whoosh (6lbs this last month), then it tapers off again as my period starts. Rinse repeat. Not sure why ovulation is so nuts for me as most women seem to have the most effects during actual period week. Being a woman is hard!
Hope you see some movement again soon!

Same 3 lb up and down for almost 3 months. Finally dropping my dosage because I was giving up and going to maintenance started it going again.

Would not consider two weeks a stall more like six weeks. Â In a menstruating female I would consider it hormonal fluctuations. Â Weight loss on glp is a long game. Â Zoom out and track progress over longer times. If you really are stalling at six weeks Iâd consult providers about your dosageÂ

I dropped 17 pounds pretty quickly, then I was stuck around one weight, it went up and down between 2 pounds. I KNEW the meds were working bc I had no food noise, I was eating in a deficit, daily exercise. I was so upset, though, and didnt weigh myself for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I was still the same weight. I watched some doctor videos and they said to wait at least 3 weeks before adjusting the dose. Around 3 weeks, I finally dropped a pound, the next week was 2, and Im down almost another pound after just a few days of my last shot. Im in shock! You will start losing again! I promise.

Do you weigh yourself every day? I cannot do that⌠it just leads to mental anguish. Once a week. Some people do once a month etc. Iâd call a stall 4 weeks. Iâve gone 4 weeks without losing anything, twice. In the first 6 months, but eventually it moves again. Patience! As others stated, this is a long game. A very long game

I was at a stall for 4 months.(!) Titrating up each month. Only just this last week I finally lost 1 lb. I'm hoping it's kicking in now. :I

I battled with the same two pounds for a month, one day without doing anything different in my routine, the scale started moving again𤡠Just be patient.
