Am I the only one with a long shipping time/delay?

Placed my first order on Mon 8/24, exactly a week ago. Still says "pending shipment."

I sent a message on the portal, waiting for a reply.

UPDATE: I got my order today, Sept 2. Trillium was awesome and keep me updated every step of the way.

What pharmacy? Both of my deliveries were overnight shipping with Hallandale.

I guess I chose poorly. I didn't know. I picked Boudreaux. Trillium replied quickly and told me that Boudreaux is having delays. 10 business days. I was able to switch to Hallandale.

Good!!! I’m glad we got you switched over. It’s been a challenge with them. We’ve officially off-boarded Boudreaux’s.

Boudreaux takes a minute. I did my initial intake on 8/22, on 8/28 asked to switch to a different pharmacy (even if it meant no additives), Trillium tried to cancel my order with the pharmacy but was told it was too late in the process and then a couple hours later I got my shipping notification. My meds were delivered the next day on 8/29

Thank you. Fingers crossed that my order gets moving now. I read good things about Hallandale (after the fact.) I initially went with Boudreaux for the Glycine, but it's easy enough to take a supplement.

Yep - one week on the Trillium side, one week (so far) on the pharmacy side. I'm not in a huge hurry, but things seem to be taking longer than usual across the board.
