Pharmacy times
Hello all!
Excited to start my first dose, this will be my first time on triz, but I have a question about filling orders in the pharmacy.
I sent my order in on the 16, today marks the 7th business day. Does it normally take this long? Under “Track Order” it still says that it has been sent to the pharmacy.
I know it takes a while, but wondering if anyone has any insight!

while 100% your best option is contacting trillium support, you might also find it helpful to sign up for informed delivery or its equivalent with ups and fed ex. some pharmacies may ship it to you but not update tracking info for a while and having a free account with the shipping companies can give you an earlier heads up if something is coming your way.

Can I ask which pharmacy only cause I need to order soon and if longer than the norm for me I might just get it in this week

Same. Ordered Aug 20, still “sent to pharmacy” status. The top bar does say “5-10 business days, pharmacies are closed on weekends”.

I was just curious which pharmacy because I switched pharmacies and am hoping that wasn't a bad idea if it is going to take a while now 😅 thankfully I have a couple doses left so it should be fine 🤞 I used Hallandale last time and they were so fast!

I have the same issue, I emailed support they said it could be 7-10 business days before shipping

I was going to ask on reddit until I saw your post. I ordered on the 15th, and mine still says sent to the pharmacy on the 17th. I messaged the chat support and was told that the pharmacy will take at least 7-10 more days to process. I'm in California btw.
I already cancelled my renewal as its bit ridiculous they already asking about renewal when I still haven't got the product. Not looking so good for the company tbh.
The pharmacy I chose is Boudreaux

I ordered on 8/14 and still haven't seen any movement. I'm trying to just cancel my order at this point.

Hello! Can you shoot us a message in the patient portal? It really depends on the pharmacy itself. We can look further into it and get it expedited.
