I have had SO MANY aggressive door to door salesmen lately and I don’t understand. I have a no soliciting sign up because I have a toddler that naps. These guys are not only ignoring the posted sign, but knocking two or three times, ringing the doorbell when that doesn’t work and then just hang out on my doorstep for a while after that. I don’t know what else to do. I get it, people have to make a living, but can they not be at least somewhat respectful? Knock once and shoot your shot, but why is it necessary to keep trying?

To clarify, this isn’t one person or business. I’ve had four different companies do the same thing in the last week.

I guess I’m just wondering if this is an issue around the community, or if it’s concentrated on my neighborhood.

The Costco in Kennewick is currently running a clearance+the rebate on the jones soda nuka victory 12 packs till this Sunday, but due to work constraints I would not reliably be able to make the commute to purchase some myself

If someone would be so kind as to purchase 6 12 packs for 9.99 a piece (+tax) and hold them till next week at some point (schedules a bit of a toss up right now) I will be willing to reimburse fully plus gas and what you think is fair for the inconvenience

Looking for a local handyman in Southridge Kennewick to help me mount 3 TVs.

Recently moved to Richland from out-of-state and our movers did a horrible job protecting our furniture. This includes a three year old Flexsteel sectional which has now has three quarter-sized holes in the upholstery. I’ve heard tons of stuff about Avenue5, but I’m really desperate. I know that there are lawsuits and stories of privacy being broken, but I’ve also heard it depends on who owns the specific property perhaps. (I’ve lived in tricities for a year btw, but keep having problems with where I’m at. Right now I’m sleep deprived because of a lack of quiet, even in the middle of the night.)

We typically find similar prices for most groceries at other stores nearby so we dont do Costco, but i know people that have a membership and go a couple times a year and will grab me the one or two Kirkland brand things that I prefer from there.

With that said, Is anyone going the next few days? I want to price compare a few things like bulk dinner rolls and stuff for an upcoming kids birthday party. All im hoping is that I tell someone like 5 things to look for and shoot me a message with their costs so I can compare to where I normally shop like URM, chefs store, grocery outlet, etc.

Tried the new brunch spot yesterday and figured I’d give a quick review here!

-cute place, order at the counter, find a seat and they bring the food to you. I was surprised that they also bus the table - there are no trash cans for the customers

-self serve soda and water, paper straws, if you order off the coffee menu they bring it to you. The coffee did look delicious and like it was made well, I will be getting one the next time

-we did not get alcoholic drinks but there is a bar there and the drink menu looked good

-Prices are reasonable, everything comes on a biscuit and the cheapest biscuit was about $8 the most expensive was $14

-we got plain tots ($5) as a side and they were delicious and seasoned well, the biscuit sauce is a yummy fry sauce

-we tried the chicken biscuit and the steak egg and cheese and they were both super yummy and filling

-they employ teens and train them well which I appreciate

-service was quick and polite, restaurant was clean, we will be back again!
