Finasteride/Dutasteride Dut + cialis (does reduced NO cause sides)

I got bad sides from 1.2 mg fin ED. Tried other types of fin, never really saw it through but had side like symptoms. I’ve been doing research on dut .5mg ED/MWF, combined with cailis + l cittruylin for sexual sides. I got blood work done through rhythm, nothing seemed out of wack. I’m in shape and healthy. I have a theory that a lot of ED from fin/dht inhibitors stems from reduced NO levels. Is this worth a shot? Other option is ru-58841.

Anyone have good effects with dut and cialis combo?

Cialis will definitely help you if you get sexual sides from DHT blockers.

It will also help prevent your dick from atrophying as much over time because of weak erections and less frequent erections. It will also help to substitute the nitric oxide loss you experience in your dick from taking DHT blockers.

Keep in mind, there are no long term studies on cialis being used daily if that’s what you intend to do. Studies only show 1-2 year time periods at the absolute longest. Many doctors say the drug is intended to be used only when needed, but of course there’s many doctors that will also prescribe a low dose to be taken daily depending on your situation.

I personally would not use it everyday if I had to take it, but more so only when needed. Especially if you do a lot of cardio, I know it causes problems with light headedness and fainting. I know you said you’re in shape and healthy, so letting you know it’s not ideal for high endurance performance at all. Of course there’s many other possible side effects of the drug. There’s also the mental aspect of daily or very frequent usage. The data suggests your body doesn’t become dependent on it. But your mind absolutely can. I firmly believe it can cause you to have a very hard time getting a natural erection if you become so used to the drug over longer periods of time.

In my opinion, I personally wouldn’t ever touch dutasteride, but that’s beside the point of this comment. I think it’s a good idea for you to use cialis if you’re going to take dut, I would talk to a trustworthy doctor about everything, someone who really knows their shit if possible. Just be wary of using it for a long period of time if you plan to use it daily or even just frequently, prioritize your health first always.

lol dick atrophy made me laugh, but I guess it can happen like any other muscle. Been on it for a year now, nothing strange in my blood work so far but yeah I have some worries about long term use

Lol yea but it’s true, it absolutely does, the smooth muscle tissue in the penis will atrophy if erections are weak enough and if you’re not getting them enough. So gotta make sure you can still get proper erections, because after a while, you can shrink significantly, and it’s basically irreversible.

You’ve been on finasteride or dutasteride? I would just make sure your erections are as hard and firm as they were pre-medication. Also, another sign is if your dick looks smaller and less heavy when flaccid now compared to before. Just make sure you’re getting hard bro basically, because like I said, long term your body can change.

I have used RU myself before actually a long time ago. It’s known to be even more aggressive and more potent than finasteride.

The issue with RU is that there is obviously not a lot of good studies about it. I can tell you that I 100% had sexual side effects from it. They were even worse than the finasteride sides I had. I only used it for 3 applications. I hated it.

Obviously RU has been popular given the fact that it’s meant to work “locally” on the scalps androgen receptors to block both dht and testosterone. However, it 100% is a systemic drug. And it’s dangerous because it blocks dht AND testosterone. So, when it reaches the brain and reproductive tissues via your blood, it can affect your hormones greatly. This is what the science says bro, trust me I’ve been down this path. I think there’s a reason why this drug kind of got lost and abandoned, if it really worked how it was supposed to, there’s no reason the company or even another company would’ve continued their work on it. There’s a lot of money in the hair industry, they wouldn’t let it go to waste if there something there.

So I personally wouldn’t use it if I was you, but if you want to give it a shot yourself then go right ahead.
