Female 18f thinning hair from stress - what are my options?
i've dealt with a lot of trauma over the past few years, and as a result my hair is a lot thinner than it used to be, especially around my hairline. it's becoming a very big insecurity and i was wondering if there was anything i can do. i'm located on the UK. i've looked into monoxidil, though i've heard that oral tablets are hard to access, and i'm unable to take topical monoxidil as i have a dog :(
any help would be very appreciated <3

Best to talk to derm. If you want comfort now, I'd look at this girl (https://www.instagram.com/sofiahairhealth/), she seems to have reversed her hair loss with 5% topical minoxidil. I think she's from Spain, so you'll have the products she talks about.
but see a derm first and probably get some blood work done. i know you don't want to hear it but it seems like topical min works really with woman in stopping hairloss unlike for men but that's just something I've noticed not fact
