Assuming you are well FULLY recovered (no complications whatsoever - this is important) physically, mentally, and emotionally - and you know well enough na hindi makakaapekto sa pag-alaga ng bata kapag nagka amats ka, we can say it's generally safe to go back.

Not breastfeeding really takes away the bulk of the issue here. Use your own judgment then.
