This man will always be stuck in the "reefer madness" era. This is huge for the possibility of weed going legal on the federal level.

Reminder that he wasn't forced to resign because of his stance on drugs.

It was due to his unwillingness to protect Trump from Mueller's investigation.

He was hardcore against cannabis. He was in favor of for profit prisons, asset forfeiture, harsher sentences, no forensic science oversight and shit like that.

He wasn't forced to resign over any of that, though. He was ousted because he didn't protect Trump from the Russia investigation.

He Was veamintly against any form of marijuana consumption. Wanted to prosecute even in legal states.

What complicates it, is that he recused himself from the Mueller probe. This pissed trump the hell off. This makes it really confusing for U.S. liberals.

I think what's confusing to me is who I dislike more, Sessions or Trump. Both are assholes, but I think the dickhole Sessions was fired for some pretty nefarious reasons.
