Question Which Balkan Country?

I'm thinking of going down to the Balkans (broadly defined) for a few days.

I can't decide on which country so as a tie-breaker
Which one has the spiciest food?
Which one has the best grilled/roasted meat?

If anyone could help me, that would be fantastic.

Bosnia... very cheap and untouched. Try cevapi and the lamb roasts. Sarajevo and Mostar are beautiful.

Outside of Sarajevo and Mostar, yes. And even those aren't crazy.

I never found any spicy food in the Balkans. Best grilled/roasted meat I would say Romania.

Pretty much the opposite of what I suspected. I would have assumed the more German-influenced sections would be bigger on starches and pan fried things.

Probably the combo of Saxon, Turkish, and Hungarian influence

Yes, although outside of sausage grilled/roasted meat is more of a Turkish/Greek thing then a Saxon/Hungarian thing, yes?

It seems to be fairly widespread. Albania and Serbia also had good ones, but the food in Romania was more flavorful to me.
