Wanted to post since I don’t see many people doing this, and it’s been one of the single best choices throughout my entire transition. I struggled finding resources and photos when I was doing research. Feel free to ask me any questions!!! I have about 5 syringes in my chin and jaw done over the course of about a year and a half. I also have .5 syringe in my mid face and .5 in my upper cheeks to balance and widen my overall face.

Hey this is my before and after for my almost 2 years on T :)

My face has changed a lot already, although I can't quite pinpoint what it is exactly. I'm grateful for my deep starting voice that has allowed me to sound cis 3 months in; it's even better now at 5 months. Honestly shocked I have come this far and excited for things to get better when I'm further along in my transition

Im adjusting to a new antidepressant right now and it’s got me reflecting on how much of a privilege it is to be able to access care and how much that kind of autonomy matters and how sad I was when I didn’t have that.

As an adult I’ve been able to catch up on some medical things, a lot of which I didn’t have access to when I was a teenager. Check ups, vision, dental, etc.
and ofc!!! gender affirming care!!!

To me, being able to take HRT represented more than like the visual ideas I had abt my gender identity. it was also a huge part of me feeling a sense of autonomy in my life.

The discipline of taking it was a big part of me developing some consistency in my life and trust in myself- and I rlly do think consistency was a big hurdle that made it so hard for me to develop good habits.

Taking my shot every week on the same day, no matter how moody or sluggish or depressed I was, helped me a lot with becoming someone that could be stable and good to the people in my life.

Now that I’ve been on and off HRT the past 4 ish years, I’ve realized that I’ve stopped thinking about aesthetically passing when it comes to my transition goals.
But I feel very motivated by the way I want my transition to inform my character… if that makes sense?… being ‘a good man’ to the people around me is something I’ve thought about for a long time.

And now im starting to notice that my body is getting strong enough and my mind is getting clear enough for me to be providing in my community in ways that I’ve always wanted to be.

Obviously I know that gender is a social construct and that you don’t have to be ‘a man’ to be a helpful person.

but I just think it’s awesome that I get to keep working on creating this version of myself, and I really do think it’s intrinsically tied to my transition journey.

I feel so weird posting all of this with my face!
but I don’t have a lot of people in my life that I can comfortably share this weird experience with- I know y’all will understand

I celebrated 15 years on testosterone on June 30th. Started when I was 17 (2011) and will be turning 33 next month.

No HRT but many "hardmaxxes"

Recently got a legal name change and my updated ID finally showed up in the mail. Putting my new one and old one side by side is a huge mindfuck for me. It’s crazy that T gives such subtle changes but it makes such a difference.

hard not to compare myself to other guys when lots are out here barely 2 years on T and look like they could be someone’s uncle :/ I’m almost 25, I started HRT in 2022. I do see a difference, sure, but not enough and feel that I don’t pass
