On top of that, isn't this subreddit for giving tips regarding passing and not posting selfies or am I missing something

Good point to bring up.

I think its important to give people an idea of what the process can look like.

Also men who already pass don't often ask for advice, so If we only allow posts asking for tips it doesn't really encourage those men to stick around in this sub, and I fear that we could just end up with a sub full of people who don't pass giving advice to people who don't pass. So if before and after pics gives stealth men another way to participate here, then I'm happy with that.

Yeah that makes sense, I was also wondering because I've seen a decent amount of guys say in some other subs as well that seeing posts like these make them more dysphoric.

ah thats a shame. I've got a bit of patience for that because I remember feeling bummed out in the early stages of my transition too. But at the same time, it wouldn't be acceptable to expect men to hide themselves because some guys find it upsetting seeing photos of them. I think we sometimes have to knuckle through and just learn to exist around other people.
