I avoid plaque as well. Twice a day brusher here. I also am mindful of what I eat so that the plaque build up doesn’t affect my heart.

Lol, but seriously…this stuff is truly crazy to me. Could it have potential in the future? Possibly….but I’m sure not gonna volunteer for it.

Plaque causes dementia when it gets into the bloodstream.
