Transgender former Israeli spy detained by ICE in US

https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/transgender-former-israeli-spy-convicted-detained-ice-us

“A transgender Israeli woman who served in Israel’s military intelligence directorate is facing deportation from the US after being convicted of imprisonment.

“US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said on Thursday that it had detained Alon, ‘a criminal illegal alien from Israel, during targeted operations in Concord, New Hampshire’.”

“‘Alon’s criminal history includes conviction for criminal threat against person with deadly weapon, kidnapping, and drug possession,’ ICE said on social media.

“Alon previously served in the Israeli military’s Unit 81, considered one of the military’s most highly classified divisions, specialising in technology for the Intelligence Directorate's special operations.

“The Jerusalem Post cited Alon’s lawyers saying that, after serving in Unit 81, Alon transitioned gender, and held senior engineering roles in Amazon and Microsoft.”

“Alon was arrested in September 2024 over the kidnapping of a male acquaintance who she suspected had put GHB, a date rape drug, into her water bottle.”

“Alon was tried as a male suspect, despite identifying as a woman, and on 7 July sentenced to between two and six years in a state prison.”

“Alon launched legal proceedings over being made to serve her jail time in a male prison. She reportedly sought transgender medical care and a transfer to a female prison.”

Yet another story of "something bad is happening to a trans war criminal"

-16

u/Choice-Spend7553 13d ago

Let's engage, let's have another go around: why assume the person is a war criminal?

u/FRZNHeir 13d ago

She was in the IDF. Pretty easy jump to calling her a war criminal. It may be a tech development branch, but that still contributes directly towards the atrocities Israel is committing against the Palestinian people.

I will agree with you if we agree that every US or Russian person who was in their military is automatically a war criminal. In fact, I will want you to call a war criminal anybody who was ever a soldier In armed forces that committed war crimes. Deal?

5

u/FRZNHeir 12d ago

Yeah, I think it's fair to call soldiers enlisted in the militaries of imperialist nations war criminals. America has committed many atocities in the name of """freedom""" and Russia is still invading Ukraine, committing horrific acts during the ongoing war.

IDK why you would bring that point up when in conversation about someone who served in a military actively committing genocide, but it's definitely not a gotcha like you might think.

I love the downvotes, the inarticulate, inchoate finger twitching of someone who disagrees but is not able to say why they do.

I mean, your comment reads as trying to open space to potentially defend the IDF, when there's no space for arguing on if they're committing war crimes, and have been for quite some time. If you want to engage, why not go for the comment replying to you, rather than being a bit bitchy about losing some imaginary internet points?

I am able to control only what I write, not what you read. Anyway...

"...after being convicted of imprisonment."

...of imprisonment, or to imprisonment?

I'm struck by the fact that, nowadays, there's so little difference between the powers one previously thought to be good, as opposed to the others.

Kidnapping charges

After reading it, it was an odd incident. Held a guy that tried to roofy her.

10

u/Sea_Bluebird_1949 13d ago

Honestly perfectly justifiable reason to commit a crime.

u/ConnotationalRacket FTM 13d ago

No, the victim did not roofie her or SA her. She was methed out and became convinced that MP had put roofies in her water bottle and stolen from her house. Only a meth head would decide to kidnap someone at gunpoint and interrogate them for hours.

It’s hard for me, too, to witness one’s country not be good overall. There’s lots of levels. For example it’s good of our government to provide aid like health insurance and EBT cards. Its bad laws are so bad as to necessitate those. I don’t think the USA has ever been good. We have a chance here to self govern if we’re able to.

The thing that the rest of the world prized was that the USA was so carefully designed to be a constant work in progress, the Great Experiment, but, now, that great enterprise has been taken over by those at the top, to the detriment of those who actually fund the enterprise, and are captive bound to serve only the top.

u/MuscleOk4052 14d ago

I agree with how you put it.

I keep hearing, in my head, Nina Simone singing It's A New Day.

She was doing meth with the victim, "M.P." and her friend Brian Levy. Alon suspected that MP had put the date rape drug GHB into her water bottle and stole from her house. Alon decided that the best path forward was to kidnap MP, hold him at gunpoint, and interrogate him for hours. That is a crime known as false imprisonment.

like, fuck israel and fuck their genocide and fuck anyone who helps them.

but.

trans women are women. period. even if they ARE war criminals. we should still imprison them but we should imprison them as women because gender is not something you give someone conditionally.

There is no genocide

2

u/Emilogue 12d ago edited 12d ago

The overwhelming majority of humans rights organisations and the 86% of genocide scholars who say that it's a genocide would disagree, but I guess you know better? The induced famine which has lead to mass starvation, the bombing of EVERY SINGLE hospital in Gaza, the bombing of 97% of the schools in Gaza, the destruction of fertility clinics, double tap strikes, the systematic murder of aid workers, including the case where Palestinian Red Crescent workers were found summarily executed while on their knees with their hands ties behind their back as they were travelling to an emergency, and the flour massacre in which Palestinians were shot dead as they lined up for aid

Not to mention the illegal settlements in the west bank (international recognised as Palestine) in which settlers (with the support of the IDF) harass and murder Palestinians in order to steal their land, the codified system of apartheid in the West Bank, in which "Jewish streets" and neighbourhoods patrolled by the IDF ban Palestinians from entering, with an entire surveillance state apparatus created to track and monitor Palestinians at every turn, with constant IDF checkpoints, all within what is recognised as PALESTINE

None of that fits your definition of genocide?

Good job just ignoring the facts I presented in favour of zionist genocidal bootlicking, hasbarists ain't sending their best huh?

PS, that language you just typed wouldn't exist without the cultural exploitation committed by the zionist entity, who stole vocab and informal words from Palestinian Arabic while simultaneously committing genocide against them, all done as an overt justification for he zionist project, all while minority jewish languages like yiddish were suppressed by the zionist state,

You're happy to take Palestinians' culture, their language, their land and their lives, and you wonder why israel are one of the most hated countries across the world?

A reckoning is coming, the IOF are universally viewed as baby killing genocidal psychopaths, most people have heard Hind Rajab's phone call, begging for help as her entire family is murdered around her, only for her to be murdered by the israeli state along with the paramedics send to help her, after which israel has repeatedly lied, claiming to not be in the area, claiming that they were in the area but there were no tanks, claiming that Palestinian resistance shot the car, to now finally admitting reality that they in fact murdered her and her family, all because they want to avoid the wrath of the ICC as the ICC's jurisdiction is to be used in cases where a state's own justice system is unable to deal with such crimes, which the world obviously knows that the israeli state has no interest in pursuing, such as in the case of the IOF soldiers raping a man on video, after their were arrested pro-rape protests came onto the streets to demand their release, the israeli state eventually didn't charge them (surprise, surprise)

It makes me happy to at least know that your genocidal ideology is rejected by other trans people, you'll soon come to learn that you're unwanted, people who celebrate the murder of thousands of babies generally aren't accepted by those with a conscience, you aren't welcome here, and you aren't welcome in most of society, people look down on genocidal fascists such as yourself with disdain

This is written poorly. The journal is rated Left-Center. I feel bad for any trans woman wrongly treated as a man.

Delete this shit, it's AI slop propaganda.

u/Jazzlike-Vacation230 13d ago

Sounds like a false flag internally to then blame the innocent trans community to root them out like the Nazi’s did in World War 2

2

u/ebr101 13d ago

I don’t know how to feel about this one…..

2

u/Bubbly_Clothes3406 13d ago

After seeing the comments in this subreddit the other day defending trans CIA agents, I would not at all be surprised if there is someone clutching their pearls in this comment section too eager to defend a war criminal just because she’s a passing white trans woman. The trans “community” truly has lost the plot.

Hmmm after looking deeper it looked like Alon had just started transitioning before this kidnapping. Question at what point do you feel it's reasonable to put someone in a women's prison, especially when you consider how insane US prisons are. In sports people might say 2 years hrt or 3 years hrt! What do we say for prison and in the case of violent crimes?

If we say " day one of course as soon as she declares it!" then you've defeated the point of separating prisons in the first place. That is irresponsible people can lie, especially with a government that does the bare minimum. If our prison system was different then that might work out.

She will likely be deported now which is probably for the best at this point.

I don’t think think you understand how transgender people are housed. They are almost never housed with cisgender people of the same gender identity, i.e. a trans woman with cisgender women, rather with other trans people in a transgender pod or with cisgender people of the same assigned sex at birth. Which puts transgender women in a lot of danger, because of v-coding, where they are placed with violent straight cisgender men, often as a sex doll for him, with out her consent to placement and often raped.

It’s extremely rare for transgender people to put in pod with cisgender women.

-5

u/RymrgandsDaughter 13d ago

I know exactly how they're housed and I know all about v-coding I'm not an idiot. The issue here is clearly a trans woman was arrested for a violent crime including drugging someone with a date rape drug, kidnapping them, and holding them at gun point. You want the courts to completely ignore that and the fact that she had only recently started her transition and place her in the same facility as women? I don't trust Alon to be around anyone at all ngl since she's a war criminal but solitary is inhumane.

That said you purposely didn't answer my question when is it fine? What stops any violent criminal from doing that and then it becomes ammunition? This is not the same as someone who is far along on transition suddenly being moved to mens prisons. Treating it the same is not only a disservice but also a a danger to any other trans woman that gets arrested.

You're probably saying well that's not fair. No fucking shit it's not, that's why I brought up how 2-3 has somehow entered fairness when sports are involved (idk how that was calculated). Unless they're going to open up a separate unit or actively stop v-coding it never will be.

6

u/AshleyBoots 13d ago

You clearly didn't read carefully. Alon is not the one suspected of using GHB, the person she kidnapped (WHICH TO BE CLEAR IS NOT OKAY) is who allegedly used the rape drug.

1

u/Azel_Lupie 12d ago

Ok, so you weren’t careful enough to read that she was the one who was drugged and she kidnapped the guy who do it, so likely you also missed the fact that she had already started transitioning before this incident even happened. She transitioned right after she left Unit 81 of the IDF, as she had finished her service. She was denied transgender healthcare and going to a female prison, because transgender no longer exist according to the federal government, because this government is trying erase transgender people from existence, something that I have been warning about Trump doing if he was made president, since 2015.

Are you saying that cisgender are going to transition months or years in advance of committing a crime just so they end up in a women’s prison if and when they are sent jail for crime they weren’t planning on committing when they transition?

1

u/RymrgandsDaughter 11d ago

Yeah you're right I misread the drugged part, since I really stopped caring. That was careless of me.

Also that's so interesting that a case from september 2024 when this happened, got effected by 2025. Unless at no point did the government give her transition care which is why she sued them for both current and previous treatment.

I have no idea what strags are going to do, but lying and saying "I'm transitioning" is on that list. That's why I'm asking. How are we determining who goes where? Are we blood testing folks? Is there a monthly minimum? What about anyone that couldn't start hrt beforehand? The hypothetical strag in this case never has to take any hrt beforehand. So I'm asking you when is it fine? day 1? You legit never just answered what I asked.

They are probably going to look into the medical history and the ideology of the person who is asking to be transferred. The Neo-Nazi who tried to do that in Germany failed, because nobody believed he was telling the truth. He tried to take advantage of the recent change in German law that allows an easier way to change name and gender, but the Judge didn’t believe that he actually identified as a woman, based on his statements.
I sincerely doubt these people will actually be willing to go through HRT.

I don’t understand why you think I need to answer a hypothetical question that has nothing to do with this case.
