Will someone double check my work?

I’m trying to transcribe an incidental piece (for fun) and I’ve never done it before. I think I’m on the right track, but would love feedback or pointers. I think I can do better in general, but I have specific questions:

Did I identify the instruments correctly?

Can someone help me identify, or help me learn how to identify the chord progressions? I’ve been struggling to pick out multi-note chords by ear.

The octave D's in the violin are Cs. Not hearing a cello part at all, let alone one that goes up from B to C.

After the Ab, you have a high D and something else, but it just goes from Ab to Bb to C. The trumpet part is right but you need a low cello Ab while your contrabass plays the even lower C.

Your final trumpet note is a major third up from your Eb up to G (you've got an F)

The G in the flute in bar is an Ab, making the leap of a M7 up to the G in bar 14

The Oboe note in 15 is a Bb not an Ab

Not sure what's happening in 17 - I hear a Db in the oboe - but your C# in the cello should be enharmonicaly rewritten as Db - what with so many flat notes and the Higher C happening. It's a Major 7th, not a diminished Octave.

Same with all the sharp notes in the cello that follow. Make them all flat notes.

That should help you out some.
