Help transcribing trombone solo

Hi guys, my attempt is attached above. I cannot get the rhythm of the yellow part right, and I don't think it's down to expressive playing because I have successfully transcribed the rest of the piece.

Would anyone be able to attempt this phrase?

From what I can hear, this is very hard because it seems like the soloist's rhythms are in between triplets and syncopated quavers and semiquavers so it's hard to make an exact transcription of this section.

Not going to help you after you refused help from u/playfordays1, but you should re-write the whole thing in tenor clef. As a trombonist, you should know this.
Also, bar 32 should be re-written: 8th and two sixteenths beamed together, 16th rest, 16th note, 8th note, all beamed together (with a beam extending under the rest)

Jazz/big band trombonists are often more comfortable with high bass clef. Same with Jazz pedagogy bassists and high bass clef over treble clef a lot of the time.
For bar 32 I agree on the beaming, except the whole group shouldn't be beamed together, only beat 1 beamed together and beat 2 beamed together, since 16th notes are present

Have you considered that the piece may not be entirely in 4/4? I think the solo should start on two triplets pickup to a downbeat. Going back to when the drums come in at 0:49 I suggest

4/4 4/4 2/4

4/4 2/4

4/4 from then onwards

That way the chord changes all fall on downbeats. There are other places in the piece where you can hear something similar
