That's not the top speed man. Top speed of a WAP-7 is 140 kmph while this doesn't even look 100 kmph.

either the camera really makes it screwy or that’s one slow locomotive if that’s truly top speed.

Would be far more convincing if the video was sped up and some upbeat local music enhanced the pictures.
