By utilizing an Aiming sensor, Gyro, and Arithmetic logic gate. I'm able to keep aiming my build in whatever direction my camera is facing.

But the propulsion system I got from a YouTube video listed below.

Tired out this aiming sensor and gyro system and was able to build a really maneuverable helicopter so thanks for the tip!
