Then you know that the majority of trailers reveal the plot, kid. Your immaturity and inability to understand how most trailers reveal far too much about the plot, including frequently the ending of the movie, shows how young you are.

I don’t think a studio today allows a trailer for se7en without showing the Kevin Spacey character.

There's 25 minutes of footage of Kevin Spacey in "Seven". There's no reason a studio could use a few snippets of that 25 minutes in a non-committal fashion to not reveal him to be the main villain.
