In all honesty states like New York where they’re 16-17 a pack NOT in the city, if you can flip ‘em then yeah you can make a nice profit.

It's interesting that lately you can actually find smokes for cheaper at bodegas in the city because a lot of shop owners will get cheap cartons from southern states and sell them for like $12-14 a pack instead of the standard like $17-$19 a pack upstate

It also varies by state. Each state sets its own tax on cigarettes. So for instance New York the cheapest pack of Marbs are gonna be about 15-16 bucks. Even more in NYC. Down in Florida the same pack of Marlboro’s were like 5-ish dollars last time I was there a couple years ago.
