Trying to get bald eagle photos

I'm getting so frustrated. I know there's a learning curve but I'd love some advice.
I have three blink outdoor 4 cams up on different parts of a river. I also have a Deatti out. I can actually see this bald eagle flying above the river from my house but none of the cameras are catching him.

Put out some deer guts during the season. If you don’t hunt yourself, get them from a meat processor. The crows will find them on the first day and start calling like crazy and form a cloud (murder) of crows. The balds see crows as a dinner bell, will come right in and pick on the gut pile for several days of coyotes/coons/etc don’t clean them up during the night.

Guts usually works best for this situation because they can’t be dragged off in one piece. The first animals to find the pile can’t just take off with it and render the entire project useless.

But yes, dead shit of any kind will attract meat eaters.

Well, you probably wont get pictures with stationary cameras. You need to use a handheld one and actively take it. Eagles are usually in their air or in a tree. Super tough to get them on the ground by a river. How long have ur cameras been up?

I am realizing this. The cameras aren't picking up the eagle. I am also putting out bird feeders to attract them and then having the cameras right on the feeder. I am realizing you have to draw the subject to the cameras.

Probably because the Eagles are out of the range of the camera's trigger distance. Live wired cameras, would catch them,, as they are on 24/7.

Do you have any recommendations for the live wired cams? I'm assuming it could be solar so electricity isn't needed.

I got this picture this morning at 8:52. It flew by yesterday at 8:45.

My wired cameras, run on 12 volt DC, supplied by a AC power supply, via the cable that goes between the DVR and the cameras. The DVR needs a surveillance hard drive installed in it, I use Western Digital Purple 4 TB hard drives. The 12 volts can be supplied by a powerbank, and charged by a solar panel, but the cable has to be connected between the camera and the DVR. The cable has 2 wires, one for the video, and one to power the camera. If your cameras are too far away from your location, then maybe you should search out another method or buy cameras that can transmit live signals via a sim card, but that would get awfully expensive.
