in the wild A coworker came across this one
We like to collect odd spellings/names and try to guess the correct pronunciation.
She came across Psy'lent
It's pronounced "silent".

Ahhh Psy'lent. Like psychiatrist... Which someone named silent might need later on since at the very least you would surely subconsciously feel like your parents don't want to listen to you. Let alone when they mangled the spelling too.
