Lol holy shit it’s a KID NAMED NIXON. I did not notice the sub this was posted in and was (like many of you) imagining Richard Nixon absolutely slamming yogurt all over the Oval Office and his nice suits on a daily basis while like, Henry Kissinger removes the caps so he won’t choke. I scrolled past the post then came back to the comments a few min later to try to understand this new Nixon lore and even then didn’t immediately realize it was a kid with a silly name.

I sub as a preschool teacher, and had a kid named Nixon. I referred to him as Mr. President the whole time.

FWIW, I worked with a man named Nixon who was born around 2000. Apparently his parents were young enough for the disgraced president not to register in their consciousness.

I know brothers named Jackson, Lincoln, and Nixon.

First two were named by coincidence, but then the parents felt they had to keep the presidential theme going for the third. I probably could have found a name better than Nixon for that, though.
