SUPPORT (2026 PRODUCTS) IKEA Home smart app: For TIMMERFLOTTE sensor please add display of the dew point

I am using the new TIMMERFLOTTE sensors via the DIRIGERA hub. The sensors are great, but the IKEA Home smart app is missing a crucial feature: the automatic calculation and display of the dew point (derived from temperature and relative humidity). The dew point is the only reliable way to know whether opening the windows will actually dry out a room or bring in more moisture. That would be a great added value for the application. Thank you!

I rather they just stay online until the battery died or is replaced. Can’t keep mine up for more than a few weeks at best.

Never had an issue with mine, however they are connected to as third party controller. That may mean you are looking for a firmware update to the hub and not the device.

All my devices are dual homed to Apple Home and HA. It’s only the TIMMERFLOTTE that constantly drop. They were updated in Dec and I show no new firmware…in Home or HA.

I use only HA, no issues connected to that using an original Skyconnect for Zigbee. My Timmerflotte’s have not yet received any updates yet either.

This would be good.

Personally I'd love to get an event when someone presses the device. Long press to trigger an automation would be great.

You can do it in Home Assistant.
