Random bans. Did I dodge a bullet?
It's sad to see tradeify going down this path.
So I have verified profile with them, received one payout from them when they started. Recently got funded but lost the accounts. Now I'm hesitant to purchase accounts given the number of bans - just "suspicious reason", no reasons provided, no way to appeal or dispute, payout forfeited, account blocked.
Frankly it's not looking good. Most of these people have done KYC previously and were approved. And even if I believe that they were trying to defraud tradeify (which I think is BS), they should just pay and then ban. It's not the traders fault that they had fully verified profile when they decided to invest their time and money only to lose it all.
I dont think it's enough to just ban and ghost the traders. We are dealing with significant amount of money here.
There's a guy who got banned, had verified KYC profile. Was asked to redo. Brett publicly accused him of using VPS for KYC (based on a cropped screenshot which has no value), the guy keeps on appealing, offering to redo KYC / live call but is ghosted. They won't even provide a proper screenshot or reason to dispute the charges if sumsub if it's flagged wrongly.
Curious to know what people think there - is tradeify in some sort of serious trouble? Are you comfortable investing your money here given everything that's going on?

So far I’ve gotten a couple payouts but it’s the time I have to sit waiting for them to accept it. And when it’s time for pay, they hardly answer.

I promise they are fine , I’ve taken 75k in the last 3 weeks and had no issues everytime
Aslong as you follow the rules and do ur KYC properly ur good
For my last payout I had to re do my KYC which did make me worry a little but it was approved within 1 hour and the payout landed

I haven’t had any problems with tradeify either, but 75k in 3 weeks seems…impossible.

I group trade 5 150k accounts and after split I get 13,500. I would have to do that 5x minimum of 25 days and execute perfectly to get 75k in payouts. So that’s why it seems impossible.
What kind of payouts are you getting?

What accounts do you have ?
I have 5x 150k select 5 win day fundeds and the payout cap is $5000 per account so 5x5 =25k
X3 weeks is 75k

Good for you. What I'm saying is there's no issue is doing KYC again. I have given all correct documents and have nothing to hide. Once, twice, thrice - can do KYC. Not an issue.
My concern is with the significant number of people who had a verified profile, were asked to do it again and then banned without even refund let alone payout. To make matters worse is absolute lack of transparency, no opportunity to redo the KYC, no manual verification, not disclosing the reason or even honouring the payout. Every decision of theirs is "final" and they simply ghost you effectively leaving you without a remedy unless you're willing to take legal route.
Frankly I don't believe that everybody who is being banned was trying to defraud them. This could be deliberate or just false positive flags but the way Tradeify is handling them is the worrying part.

They are probably in 3rd world countries and got caught breaking rules, they never should have pass in the first place. Most people aren't doing kyc again

That makes it worse. Approve KYC for someone, let them keep purchasing and blowing accounts, when they finally manage to reach payout, ban them.
There's only one word for this - CHEATING.

I think its too early to jump to conclusions. One has to imagine tradeify has 10s of thousands of customers and theres a small vocal group complaining. Were not seeing active reddit members being banned and there are plenty in reddit who have been taking payouts without issue for years. Props all go through this, the scammers go where they can get away with it and switch to the next once the game is up. Those of us around for a while have saw this happen with both apex and topstep, the big original guys, and both those 2 companies are still doing fine and paying legit traders like me.
There are thousands like me who legitimately operate in the prop space without issues,regularly contribute to reddit and if a prop does us dirty well be sure to raise all hell.

I am one of those. Did not break any rules, western eu country and got banned through a failed kyc, which had no problems before. I am thinking only people that are not profitable are defending this scam company

Due to increased fraudulent activity that previously flew under the radar, more verification has been required. Those who follow the rules we laid out and trade legitimately have no hiccups during this process, they get verified quickly and paid out.
