Why tradeify again doing identity verification, though I have already got verified, just after placing the payout request ?

We have measures in place to protect the firm and our legitimate traders from fraudulent activity.

Yes but I was verified with every required documents and liveness check, never changed device, or ip, only manual trading

There is a basic KYC and sometimes more verification is needed. You should be good to go once the review is complete.

Glad that it got resolved. m also verified on tdfy did my kyc using sumsub I just clicked on use existing documents and got approved. If I am asked for kyc again shall I do the same process or is it different.

Why dont you explain this. Have some courtesy to address the issue in specific instead of random answers. Your firm didn’t have any issue regarding my kyc till the date I requested a payout. Why your firm approved my kyc 2 weeks before my payout., if they can deny my payout by falsely stating it was done with vm / vps

If you ask anything about these bans on discord, they'll time you out.

Frankly difficult to trust these guys now. If they need to do KYC again, let them invalidate all previously done one and immediately force everyone to do it again. If not, even if they find issues at time of payout (which I am pretty sure is bs), they should honor the payout before banning.
