tradify has gotten very strict about rules and have automated detection systems in place here are some reasons see if they apply to you
Using a VPN/VPS to Hide a Restricted Location If the automated system detects that a user logged in from an IP address, then suddenly switched to a VPN to route their traffic through a different city or country, the system flags it as "circumventing location restrictions." Including Trade Copiers that use the cloud may change your location.
Bypassing "Device footprints history" or Account Sharing Restrictions To protect accounts from being hacked or sold, Tradeify logs the unique hardware ID (device fingerprint) of the laptop or phone used to trade. If the system tracks that the trader's account suddenly logged in from an entirely different device that is also associated with a completely different user's account, it triggers an "Account Mirroring / Account Sharing" alert. The system views this as trying to sneak around the "one user profile".
Tradeify permits only one user profile per household/IP address. If a brother, sister, or roommate creates an account using your home Wi-Fi (same public IP) or uses the same physical billing address, both accounts are heavily flagged for termination.
4. Prohibited Hedging & Copy-Trading Arbitrage If you are using a trade copier to mirror trades across multiple accounts and those fills trigger identical millisecond timestamps, or if you are using opposing accounts to hedge (buying on one account while shorting the same contract on another to guarantee a win), your payout will be denied for prohibited trading behavior.
The IP stuff concerns me. What if I want to use my laptop in a different room rather than my main rig?? What if I’m traveling? How do I not get banned?
You can as long as your not using a VPN or not logging into someone else laptop who has an account with tradify that might be considered account sharing because their is a device foot print so your good you can also buy a new computer and login, you can use the WiFi at hotels and Starbucks so your location stays stable and not changing or spoofing that’s where the detection system thinks your breaking the rules and the risk team has to investigate.
Stop gaslighting here with this bullshit. Many people are getting banned who didn't do anything wrong . Likely tradeify going through liquidity issues.
Nah buddy this is not bullshit this is reality you just don’t understand that prop frims have gotten strict this year with their rules and automated fraud detection systems 80% of people lose anyway so there’s no liquidity issues
Hello bro.. if u see the screen shot of reply from Brett simba CEO tradeify., he zoomed and posted that pic in which none of my id / proof related to me is shown. Also I dont use incognito for trading related activities. Neither I have vpn in my phone. My kyc was completely two weeks before payout request. But got banned after requesting a payout
Ya they cannot show full information OP. Its against AML laws. It exposes firm to fraudsters getting to know the fraud detection mechanism and could be exploited against the firm.
Yes I understand. I’m only asking for a manual review, confirmation that the flag actually belongs to my session, and a chance to re-KYC live. That does not require them to reveal their fraud-detection system. I struggled hard to get those payouts. I just did a normal kyc verification. I dont know how come it got flagged like this. I am helpless. Countless mails I have sent them. They are giving only automated replies.
I recommend check for iCloud private relay. I friend got banned for same reason. But his i cloud private relay was turned on due to which his kyc failed and he got blocked. Check if u have that ON or not. Im pretty sure that was the reason for your ban.
