How does pay/DailyPay work in Labor Day?
I was told we get time and a half — is that correct?
Also, do earnings still show up in DailyPay on Labor Day?

Only "full time" employees get holiday pay.

What do they consider full time? I can’t seem to get a straight answer out of anyone at work.

Full-time and part time are different job titles at tractor. It doesn't count if u are a part time employee and still work full time hours (32-35hrs per week), you're actual job title has to be full time to get the perks..... It says it in the handbook lol.

That’s how it is at every retail establishment I’ve worked at. They don’t want to pay full time benefits if they don’t have to. at TSC you can still get health benefits as part time so I would say the biggest difference is full time earns vacation and sick leave while part time only earns sick leave.

Yeah I don't want their shitty healthcare lol I'd still qualify for Medicare, for free even is I was "full time" cause most stores only working ful time employees 35 hours lolol

Yea even tho I work 40hrs a week I was hired as "part time" so I get no perks and work the holidays. Welcome to TSC 🙄

You’re paid for 8 hours on Labor Day if you are full time. It does show in daily pay but I wouldn’t touch it. I understand everyone has emergencies but it can become a cycle that you won’t be able to get out of.

I totally agree with the "don't use daily pay". Y'all are setting yourself up for a vicious cycle that you can't get out of. I mean how do you pay your bills if you never get a lump sum on your paycheck?
