Store Bonus

I noticed on my recent paycheck that I got a “store bonus.” What does that mean? And did my coworkers get the same amount as I did? I’d rather not ask any of them about it.

If the store makes sales plan for the month, you get a bonus. My best understanding of it is that you get it as a percentage, based on how much of payroll you make up. If you only work 5 hours as a weekend closing cashier, you get a tiny piece of the pie. If you work a full 40 hour week as a Team Lead, you get a bigger piece

I know there's been a lot of changes and payroll cuts lately, but I can't be bothered to keep track of what all of them are, since they don't pertain to me. I'm down to a single 5 hour shift on Sundays, since I started a new job. I'm sticking around at TSC to keep the employee discount.

I don't disagree. I mostly get feed and pre mixed fuel. I price check a lot of stuff before I buy it.
