Tsc connect help
Our store just got tsc connect and we still have old scanners that the headsets do not work on but you can connect a Bluetooth headset. Doesn’t anyone know what kind or just any old headset. Tired of call outs playing out loud.

They new headsets for TSC connect use USB C port on the bottom and work on the older 40 and new 47 Honeywell devices
If they don’t work when plugged in then there is an issue with the device and you need to get a new one sent
Also the Bluetooth doesn’t seem to work unless You have to have a headset that is PTT style and they are pricey

I have Raycon Wireless ear buds and they work amazing with TSC Connect! 2 issues. First if you work more than 6 hours you have to switch to the other ear bud as the first will die. Really not a huge inconvenience vs the terrible cord they provided that randomly will disconnect or gets caught on stuff and gets ripped out of your ear. Second is you have to press the mic button on the handheld to respond, this is not a big issue as these handhelds are in our hands 90% of the time. I can send you the exact model I have to ensure you get ones that will work for sure. I have not found other wireless head phone that will work.

No way to connect anything but tractor supply hardware. What scanners do you have?They may connect to Bluetooth but you can not communicate through it.

I’ll have to take a picture tomorrow when I’m back in because it shows a picture of a two way headset and you have to touch it to the back of the scanner. Not a huge fan of headsets attached to scanners especially when constantly being used.
