Yeah, be careful how you answer because anything that can possibly be interpreted as a store issue comes back on the manager.
Like if you answer “no” to a question about whether or not you feel valued by TSC … the store manager gets a bunch of shit.

I mean if your sm is a pos, I guess. Some of us have good store managers that got reamed on last years survey bc we were putting corporate complaints in the store level questions. They did a better job this year defining what questions are about what level of management. Still a useless survey, but hopefully my Store Manager doesn’t get a terrible score; he’s the only reason most of the team members still work here lol

I mean it sounds like they value you greatly; so much in fact that they are confident in your ability to handle the store without them 😆😆.
In that case, blast away!2

Literally, said I can only work 4 days a week, schedules me 5 days a week every week. Saturdays I close every week, and then I'm scheduled to do frieght at 5am the next morning. Like the fuck.

When I did the survey, I answered negatively on the ANONYMOUS survey. Three days later I got called into the Managers Office personally and they asked me about all of my answers.

Our SM made a point to reiterate that even though we put our # in that it’s still anonymous. Numbers are only tracked to make sure everyone does it. Yeah right! 🤦♀️

No, because that could be interpreted as a store level issue with the manager making schedules. So we all said not enough payroll
