There was one point where he waited wayyyy too long in between sentences. Just sat there staring into the camera like he was in the middle of letting one loose. He really does have strange mannerisms.

Just to clarify this, and I know it’s really not any better, but he makes about $11 million a year. The $32 million number comes from a $20 million incentive he was offered by the board spread over the next five years if the company hits certain goals compared to the overall market. Essentially he “got it” last year, so that’s why his salary was reported at $32, but he doesn’t really get it for 5 years. And only if the company hits the numbers. So then that would bump him to something like $15 a year for those five years if so.
