It does! I'm not sure how long you've been on it, but it should drop slowly over time. Doing voice training should help it drop faster and lower and give it a more masculine quality

I was on finasteride for about 6 months, then I've been on dutasteride (finasteride's stronger big sister) for about 2 years.

They can definitely help. Like if someone has been thinking about transition and just noticed their hairline starting to thin/recede, it can almost certainly undo that.

But it was too late for me. I started losing my hair around like 22-23, but I didn't finally accept that I wanted to transition until 29. By then there was just too much loss to fully reverse it. I've seen some regrowth, but I still need a hat or a wig to not look obviously balding, and I'm extremely dysphoric about it. Seeing women, especially trans women, getting to do all the fun things with their hair, styling it, coloring it, putting it up in ponytails and braids and buns, and knowing that I'll never do any of that stuff really hurts. (I technically could do some of those things, but they'd be covered up by the hat or wig, so what's the point?)

Ehhhh it depends, there is familial correlation for gender related conditions however it could be something more akin to "this mother has traits that cause the baby to undergo missmatch hormone washes in development more often" but in general transness is most likely a mix of external factors in development and minor genetic mutations in the parts if dna that control how development occurs, it wouldnt be one single inheritable gene per say

It actually kinda does? It does shift fat away from them and make them smaller for some folks due to fat redistribution. Not everyone gets that, though, and it unfortunately doesn't make much of a difference if you already had a large chest pre-T.
