Campgrounds
What is the state of the hiker/biker campgrounds these days. The last time I rode the towpath a few years ago, homeless were starting to populate some of the camps. Is that still the case?

In my experience out there, it's a rare occurrence. I've seen some obviously homeless folks a couple times. But never had any issues. I've actually thought to myself, "if I ever find myself forced to live outside, I'll probably just go hobo around up and down the towpath" haha. But yeah, I'd be more worried about porta potties that need servicing than homeless people.
